Correction policy
In journalism, no matter how much pre-investigation we do, the possibility of mistakes is always there and many times they do happen. Whenever someone draws attention towards it, we at The State News Hindi do not hesitate to accept it and respond accordingly.
Errors are corrected by The State News Hindi Fact Check team as quickly as possible and with the highest level of transparency. We give great importance to the feedback of our readers, which is found in the comments section at the end of any news, video or post. Request for amendment or update in any news can be mailed directly to the e-mail id thestatenewshindi@gmail.com
The State News maintains a large presence on Hindi social media platforms and welcomes feedback and criticism from our readers. If a major revision or major change to a story results in a rating change, this is marked prominently at the top of the story as a ‘Correction’ and we provide clear indication of the change and why. to be done. With this, the history of every amendment is visible in a clear and transparent manner.
If a new fact comes after the news is published, any such information comes that adds concrete new layers or angles but does not change the rating, then it is marked as ‘update’ at the end of the news.
Only those revisions that are not considered very important from the editor’s point of view are usually ignored, such as a typo error, spelling mistake, grammar mistake, or any other minor change.
