Parliament Winter Session नयी दिल्ली: लोकसभा के अंदर एक बड़ी सुरक्षा उल्लंघन की घटना हुई, जब अज्ञात व्यक्ति दर्शक दीर्घा में घुस आए, शुरुआती जानकारी के अनुसार वे “स्मॉग क्रैकर” लेकर आए थे। संसद में आज उस समय अफरातफरी मच गई जब दो अज्ञात शख्स दर्शक दीर्घा से अचानक सदन में कूद गया। इसमें एक लड़का और एक लड़की है।

दोनों अज्ञात कुछ स्प्रे करने लगे। संसद के अंदर पीले रंग का धुआं फैल गया। संसद के सुरक्षाकर्मी तुरंत हरकत में आ गए और बाद में दोनों शख्स को काबू में कर लिया गया। इस अफरातफरी के दौरान कई सांसद सदन से बाहर आ गए। मैसूर के सांसद के रिफेरेंस से शख्स का पास बना था। पश्चिम बंगाल से बीजेपी सांसद स्वगेन मुर्मु अपनी बात रख रहे थे।
यह घटना ऐसे समय में हुई है जब आज देश संसद पर हमले की 22वीं बरसी है। दोनों को हिरासत में ले लिया गया है जब एक युवक को सदन से बाहर ले जाया गया तो, उसके जूते से पीले रंग का धुआं निकलता रहा। इससे आसपास गैस फैल गई। आखिर यह गैस क्या थी, इसकी जांच की जा रही है। और संसद की कार्यवाही स्थगित कर दी गई है।
बड़ी बात यह है कि किसी सिक्यॉरिटी वाले ने नहीं, सारे सांसदों ने मिलकर उसे पकड़ लिया। अचानक हुए घटनाक्रम से सब सकपका गए। फौरन पीठासीन अध्यक्ष राजेंद्र अग्रवाल ने लोकसभा की कार्यवाही दोपहर 2 बजे तक के लिए स्थगित कर दी। संसद के बाहर भी कुछ लोग हंगामा कर रहे हैं। हंगामा करनेवालों को पुलिस ने हिरासत में ले लिया है।

पीठासीन अधिकारी राजेंद्र अग्रवाल ने कहा कि एक व्यक्ति गैलरी से कूदा तो लगा कि शायद वह नीचे गिर गया है। तभी दूसरे व्यक्ति को दर्शक दीर्घा से कूदते देखा। इनमें से एक के हाथ में कुछ था, जिसमें पीले रंग का धुआं निकल रहा था, जबकि दूसरे के हाथ में कुछ था, जिससे पिट-पिट की आवाज आ रही थी। वे कुछ नुकसान नहीं कर पाए, उन्हें तुरंत काबू में कर लिया गया। हालांकि, उनका दर्शक दीर्घा से कूदना गंभीर विषय है। यह संसद की सुरक्षा में बड़ी चूक है। जांच होगी और कार्रवाई होगी।
संसद पर आतंकी हमले की बरसी भी आज ही है। 13 दिसंबर 2001 को आतंकियों ने पुराने संसद भवन पर आतंकी हमला किया था। आज सुबह सभी सांसदों ने सदन पर 2001 में हमले में शहीदों को याद किया। आज ही के दिन सदन में इस तरह की घटना हुई। यह सुरक्षा में चूक है। सभी सांसदों संसद में इस घटना को सुरक्षा में बड़ी चूक बताते हुए सरकार से गंभीरता से कार्रवाई करने की अपील की।

Security Breach in Lok Sabha: संसद की सुरक्षा में बड़ी चूक का मामला सामने आया है. यहां एक युवक लोकसभा की कार्यवाही के दौरान सदन में घुस गया.
संसद की सुरक्षा में बड़ी चूक का मामला सामने आया है. यहां दो युवक लोकसभा की कार्यवाही के दौरान दर्शक दीर्घा से सदन में कुर्सी पर कूद गए.जिससे अफरा-तफरी मच गई.
कार्यवाही में मौजूद सांसदों के मुताबिक, दोनों युवकों के हाथ में टियर गैस कनस्तर था. हालांकि, इन्हें सांसदों ने पकड़ लिया और सुरक्षाकर्मियों के हवाले कर दिया.
इस बीच लोकसभा की कार्यवाही को 2 बजे तक स्थगित कर दिया गया है.

When a young man was taken out of the house, yellow smoke kept coming out of his shoes. Due to this, gas spread nearby. What was this gas, it is being investigated. And the proceedings of Parliament have been adjourned.
The big thing is that not any security person, but all the MPs together caught him. Everyone was stunned by the sudden incident. Immediately Presiding Speaker Rajendra Aggarwal adjourned the proceedings of the Lok Sabha till 2 pm. Some people are creating ruckus even outside the Parliament. The police have taken those who created the ruckus into custody.
What does the presiding officer say?
Presiding Officer Rajendra Aggarwal said that when a person jumped from the gallery, it seemed that he might have fallen down. Then another person was seen jumping from the audience gallery. One of them had something in his hand which was emitting yellow smoke, while the other had something in his hand which was making a rattling sound. They could not do any damage and were immediately brought under control. However, his jumping from the audience gallery is a serious matter. This is a big lapse in the security of Parliament. There will be investigation and action will be taken.
Today is also the anniversary of the terrorist attack on Parliament. On 13 December 2001, terrorists attacked the old Parliament House. This morning all MPs remembered the martyrs of the 2001 attack on the House. This type of incident happened in the House today itself. This is a security lapse. All the MPs in Parliament termed this incident as a major security lapse and appealed to the government to take serious action.
