Katni News: Woman raped in moving train : कटनी-सतना रेलखंड पर रनिंग स्पेशल (एमटी खाली रैक) चलती ट्रेन में एक महिला यात्री को बंधक बनाकर बलात्कार किए जाने का सनसनीखेज मामला सामने आया है। इस वारदात को अंजाम अवैध वेंडर ने दिया है।
ट्रेन के सतना रेलवे स्टेशन पहुंचने पर आरोपी के चंगुल से बचकर निकली महिला ने जीआरपी चौकी में शिकायत दर्ज कराई। घटना की सूचना के बाद से जीआरपी में हडक़ंप की स्थिति निर्मित हो गई। पीडि़ता के बताए अनुसार तत्काल आरोपी की गिरफ्तार के लिए टीम को रवाना किया गया। दरिंदे को रेलवे स्टेशन से जीआरपी ने दबोच लिया है।
जानकारी के अनुसार सतना जिला निवासी एक 30 वर्षीय महिला की छोटी बहन निवासी कुठला थाना क्षेत्र के एक गांव में रहती है। उससे मुलाकात करने के लिए शनिवार को कटनी आई थी। रविवार की दोपहर उचेहरा स्टेशन के लिए रवाना हुई। कटनी स्टेशन कटनी-सतना मैमू 06625 में सवार हुई। इसी बोगी में गुटखा बेचने वाला एक युवक भी सवार था, जो महिला पर निगाहें बनाए हुए था।
अमदरा में उतर गई महिला
मैमू ट्रेन अमदरा स्टेशन शाम 5 बजे पहुंची और काफी देर तक खड़ी हो गई। इस दौरान महिला उतर गई और निस्तार के लिए बाजू के ट्रैक में खड़ी रनिंग स्पेशल एमटी खाली रैक इंजन से तीसरी बोगी नंबर 141344 एसी कोच में चली गई। तभी अवैध आरोपी कमलेश यादव (25) हाल निवासी गायत्री नगर मूल निवासी ग्राम कुर्राबुजुर्ग थाना कमासी बांदा उत्तर प्रदेश, जो कि ट्रेनों में गुटखा आदि बेचने का काम करता है,
इसकी नजर उस महिला पर पड़ गई। वह भी पीछे से ट्रेन में चढ़ गया और एसी कोच का दरवाजा बंद कर लिया। महिला को पटककर बनाया हवस का शिकारउसने महिला को पटक दिया और कोच के सीट नंबर 60 में लेजाकर घिनौनी हरकत की। अमदरा से सतना महिला के साथ में उसने बलात्कार किया।

ट्रेन के सतना पहुंचने पर बची महिला
इस दौरान महिला दरिंदे से बचने का प्रयास करती रही, चीखती-चिल्लाती रही। स्पेशल ट्रेन 8.30 बजे जबे सतना रेलवे स्टेशन पहुंची तो पीडि़ता ने आरोपी से पानी लाने के लिए गुहार लगाई। जब युवक पानी लेने के लिए स्टेशन में उतरा, वैसे ही मौका पाकर महिला आरोपी के चंगुल से भाग निकली।
जीआरपी चौकी पहुंचकर वारदात की जानकारी दी। चौकी स्टॉफ ने तत्काल सूचना वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों को दी। कटनी से थाना प्रभारी टीम के साथ सतना रवाना हुईं। महिला से पूछताछ करते हुए कटनी लाया गया। सूचना यह है भी है कि ट्रेन के सतना पहुंचने पर आरोपी महिला को धक्कर देकर प्लेटफॉर्म में गिरा दिया और ट्रेन का अंदर से दरवाजा बंद कर लिया था।
पूछताछ के बाद दर्ज किया मामला, आरोपी को दबोचा

जीआरपी ने महिला से पूछताछ के बाद आरोपी के खिलाफ धारा 342, 376 (2)(एन), 506, 3,2,5 एससी-एसटी एक्ट के तहत मामला दर्ज किया है। उधर महिला की शिकायत के बाद रैक के रीवा रवाना होने की सूचना पर टीम को आरोपी की गिरफ्तारी के लिए टीम को रवाना किया गया। आरोपी कमलेश कुशवाहा को रेलवे स्टेशन रीवा के प्लेटफॉर्म-5 से दबोचा गया। पूछताछ में आरोपी ने जुर्म स्वीकार किया। मंगलवार को आरोपी को न्यायालय में पेश किया जाएगा। वारदात के संबंध में पीडि़ता व आरोपी से डीएसपी सारिका पांडेय ने भी पूछताछ की है।
स्टेशन व ट्रेनों में अवैध वेंडरों की भरमार
कटनी शहर के तीनों प्रमुख रेलवे स्टेशन कटनी जंक्शन, मुड़वारा रेलवे स्टेशन व साउथ सहित ग्रामीण इलाकों के रेलवे स्टेशनों सहित ट्रेनों में अवैध वेंडरों की भरमार है। कटनी स्टेशन में पूर्व में भी युवती के साथ बलात्कार की घटना सामने आ चुकी है। कई वेंडर चोरी सहित अन्य वारदातों को अंजाम दे रहे हैं, इसके बाद भी रेलवे सहित आरपीएफ व जीआरपी के अधिकारी अवैध वेंडिंग नहीं रोक पा रहे।

Case registered after interrogation, accused arrested
After interrogating the woman, GRP has registered a case against the accused under sections 342, 376 (2)(N), 506, 3,2,5 SC-ST Act. On the other hand, after receiving information about the rack leaving for Rewa after the woman’s complaint, the team was sent to arrest the accused.
Accused Kamlesh Kushwaha was caught from platform-5 of Rewa railway station. During interrogation the accused confessed to the crime. The accused will be presented in the court on Tuesday. DSP Sarika Pandey has also interrogated the victim and the accused in connection with the incident.
Lots of illegal vendors in stations and trains
The three major railway stations of Katni city, Katni Junction, Mudwara Railway Station and South, along with the railway stations of rural areas, are full of illegal vendors in the trains. An incident of rape of a girl has also come to light in Katni station in the past. Many vendors are committing other crimes including theft, yet RPF and GRP officials including Railways are not able to stop illegal vending.
