उन्होंने कहा कि आने वाले महीनों में अमेरिका और उसके साझेदार देश यूक्रेन को दर्जनों अतिरिक्त सामरिक एयर डिफेंस सिस्टम देंगे. बाइडेन ने कहा कि इन रक्षा प्रणालियों को देने के बाद हम यह सुनिश्चित करेंगे कि यूक्रेन अग्रिम पंक्ति में रहे. जो बाइडेन ने रूस की तरफ इशारा करते हुए कहा कि किसी को इस तरह की सहायता मनलने से पहले यूक्रेन को मिल जाएगी. बाइडेन ने कहा, कुल मिलाकर यूक्रेन को अगले साल तक सैकड़ों अतिरिक्त इंटरसेप्टर प्राप्त होंगे, जो रूसी मिसाइलों से यूक्रेनी शहरों की रक्षा करेंगे. साथ ही यूक्रेनी सैनिकों को अपने अग्रिम मोर्चे पर हवाई हमलों का सामना करने में मदद करेंगे.

10 लाख लोग छोड़ चुके हैं रूस
बाइडेन ने कहा कि ‘इस बात में कोई संदेह नहीं है कि रूस इस युद्ध में हार रहा है.’ रूसी राष्ट्रपति व्लादिमीर का इस युद्ध में दो साल से अधिक समय बीत चुका है, और उनकी हार चौंका देने वाली है. उन्होंने कहा, इस युद्ध में 3 लाख 50 हजार से अधिक रूसी सैनिक मारे गए या घायल हुए हैं. करीब 10 लाख रूस के लोग अपना देश छोड़ चुके हैं, क्योंकि उन्हें अब रूस में कोई भविष्य नहीं दिखता.
